Welcome to Sauzier. By purchasing or using our coaching services, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before booking.

1. About Sauzier

Sauzier offers online job interview coaching designed to help clients improve their interview performance and communication skills. We do not offer job placement services or guarantees of employment.

2. Services Offered

Sauzier provides:

One-on-one coaching sessions delivered online

Options for single-session bookings or packages of 4 sessions

Sessions are tailored to individual client needs and goals relating to job interviews.

3. Payments and Bookings

All sessions must be paid for upfront at the time of booking.

Packages must be used within 3 months of purchase unless otherwise agreed.

4. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice are non-refundable.

Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 12 hours’ notice, subject to availability.

Sessions cancelled or rescheduled outside of these timeframes are not eligible for refunds or credits.

5. Guarantees

Sauzier’s coaching is intended to support skill-building and confidence in IELTS tests. However:

We do not guarantee band scores.

All results depend on individual performance, effort, and external factors outside our control.

6. Client Responsibilities

By using Sauzier services, you agree to:

Arrive on time for sessions.

Engage in the coaching process openly and honestly.

Use the advice and feedback provided responsibly.

7. Privacy

Sauzier does not collect or use client information for marketing purposes.

Basic client data may be retained securely for scheduling and invoicing purposes in accordance with UK data protection laws.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales at the time of publishing.

9. Changes to Terms

Sauzier reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the services following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
